The service is outstanding, with particular praise for Operations Manager Grant and Restaurant Manager Stuart. The location is stunning but might feel remote for a short stay. The dining experience could be improved, with some issues reported. Overall, the facilities are pleasant and provide a great place to relax.
The hotel offers a lovely stay with great views over the lake from the rooms. The rooms are well presented with nice bathroom products; however, there is some noise from the air conditioning. The service is attentive and professional, though there were minor issues blamed on staff miscommunication. The location is impressive with ample parking but needs better maintenance. The dining experience varies from poor quality buffet items to delicious hot dishes. Overall, the facilities are satisfactory with room for improvement.
The hotel rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing all we needed. The breakfast was fine, but there was a mix-up with names and bookings initially. The indoor hot tub stood out as the best facility. The smoking area overlooked is a downside.
